Produced by super producer Timbaland, "Off That" does not have an actual verse from Drake but he carries the hook well while Jay-Z chastises the likes of Bill O'reilly and inflammatory Neo-Con Rush Limbaugh "This ain't black verse white my nigga we off that, please tell Bill O'Reilly to fall back/Tell Rush Limbaugh to get off my balls this 2010 not 1864"
